Is your little one too young for Summer Camp?
Each year we have a few hours of fun set aside for kids ages 5-8 with congenital heart defects.
Crafts, games, snacks...Dr. Orie will even take a pie in the face !
What a great way for our youngest patients to bond with each other, as well as their
doctors and nurses in a fun environment.
The children will have the opportunity to meet other children with heart defects in a fun filled day of wonderful activities and events. They will be provided with a unique opportunity during the "Ask the Doctor Session" to have any questions answered in a relaxed environment. They will also meet and interact with staff members who too were born with congenital heart defects and now serve as role models. We provide a small sample of the activities that are held at our summer camp where many strong important bonds of friendships are created.
Where is it? What do I bring?
The Vigilant Firehall
666 Main Street

You will need to provide a ride there and back. You will receive information in the mail regarding drop off/pick up, what to bring, medications, etc a few weeks before camp.
What does it cost?
Thanks to the generosit of various company and individual contributions, there is no cost for children to attend the day camp. Donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
